Shipping terms for Bull Gav (Bull Gav) covering orders in the United States and selected international destinations.

Delivery coverage

We primarily ship to addresses in the United States. Selected international destinations may be available at checkout when a shipping rate is offered for your address.

We do not ship to destinations that cannot be selected at checkout, or where no carrier rate is returned. Contact darrisdur@gmail.com before ordering if you are unsure.

Fulfillment timeline

Processing window: 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery estimate: 4-6 business days after the order ships for typical in-stock parcels to standard U.S. addresses. Estimates only — weather, carrier capacity, and product size can change timing.

Processing days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Cost of shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Extra charges for heavy/oversized/freight items appear at checkout before you pay when applicable.

Carriers & tracking

We ship via major parcel carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or equivalent). The carrier for your order appears on the shipping confirmation. Tracking is emailed when the package ships (allow up to 24 hours for carrier activation).

Delivery issues

For loss or major delay claims, Email darrisdur@gmail.com within 30 days of the ship date with your order number and tracking. For damage, keep packaging and send photos.

You are responsible for a complete shipping address. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering to correct an address before shipment.

Packaging & special cases

Orders are packed to reduce damage during transit.

Multi-item orders may ship in more than one package. International duties/taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility unless stated at checkout.

Return window: 30 days from delivery for eligible unused items from Bull Gav.

Email darrisdur@gmail.com with your order number, item name, and reason. We reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Who pays return postage

Customer pays return shipping unless the return is our error (wrong/defective/incomplete). Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless we caused the issue.

What qualifies

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all original tags, seals, and packaging (when provided)
• Proof of purchase (order number) required
• Final sale, clearance, customized, or personalized items are not eligible (marked on the product page)
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal-care, beauty, or intimate-use items may be final sale unless defective

What does not qualify

• Items marked final sale or clearance
• Items that show use, damage, missing parts, or incomplete packaging after delivery
• Opened personal-care, beauty, or hygiene-sensitive products (unless defective or our error)
• Digital goods, gift cards, or perishable items (when offered)
• Returns sent without prior authorization

Steps

2. Wait for written authorization.
3. Ship with tracking to the address we provide.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refund timing

After inspection, approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
